Tenía que salir con mi hijo pequeño recién nacido ante cualquier necesidad o circunstancia, llevando a los demás hermanos cogidos con correas al cochecito del pequeño. Su padre no se preocucapaba y no había manera de conseguir ese soñado hogar cristiano, luminoso y alegro, que se predica en el Opus Dei cada semana. La vida en común era insostenible por el contínuo y sútil reproche de mi esposo y por la falta de respeto a mi dignidad personal y humana. Yo había sido acusada incesántemente, psícologica y moralmente y sin tener en cuenta el número de hijos que ya tenía y la situación económica familiar mediocre, que dificultaba e imposibilitaba sufragar los gastos del hogar y las necesidades de mis siete hijos, considerándome como un mero objeto reproductor, acorde con la ideología obsesiva de él y sin que por otro lado, él me prestase ninguna ayuda en el cuidado de los niños o el hogar.

Los hechos narrados, evidencian que no me consideraba como una esposa, sino como una mujer objeto o mujer esclava, por no haber tenido como anteriormente digo un hijo por cada año de nuestro matrimonio. Por otro lado, en varias ocasiones me acusó perturbadamente de ser yo la que le hacía caer en la TENTACIÓN, y ser la responsable de "HACERLE PECAR". NO PODÍA ACERCAME A ÉL EN EL PROPIO LECHO CONYUGAL POR CONSIDERAR LA RELACIÓN ENTRE UN OBJETO Y UN SER, ENTRE UNA PECADORA Y UN CREYENTE, LLEGANDO INCLUSO A VULNERAR MI DIGNIDAD HUMANA Y PERSONAL DICIÉNDOME EN MOMENTOS DE INTIMIDAD "ME ESTÁS PROSTITUYENDO". No había proyecto en común de crear un hogar cristiano a pesar de sus creencias tan obsesivas, radicales, insólitas, extrañas y perturbadas. Mi esposo me ofendía diciéndome que "estaba endemoniada" por solicitar un derecho de justicia que me pertenece, insulto y afrenta hecha con intención de ofender y vejar , cono ciendo mi ideología católica y siendo también como he dicho anteriormente miembro supernumeraria del OPUS DEI. Asimismo decía a mis hijos que rezasen por mi porque "me estabavolviendo loca". Yo como madre, me preocupaba de hacer la vida feliz a mis hijos, y llevarles algunos días a la playa, aprovechando una vivienda de mis padres, mientras que él decia textualmente "SI LLEVAS A LOS HIJOS A LA PLAYA LO QUE HACES ES CORROMPERLOS POR TODO LO QUE SE VE" y además esto sucedió hace muchos años.

Una tensión más que pone de relieve hasta que punto es extremado el posicionamiento de mi esposo ante la vida, llegando al punto de tener a los hijos psicológicamente mediatizados, impidiéndoles ver la realidad actual y prohibiéndoles llevar un desarrollo y vida normales hasta el grado de causar enfermedades a algunos de sus hijos, y sin prestarles las atenciones debids y si tomar las medidas oportunas o precauciones. Tales hechos prueban las perturbaciones y dificultades de desarrollo mentales, normales y naturales de que tenía que haber sido cabeza de familia. Yo no daba más de si para atender a los siete hijos y que no recibía ninguna ayuda para atenderles a ellos ni a las tareas del hogar por una tercera persona, ni por mi propio esposo que estaba cegado y encerrado en su primitiva vocación o creencia que no ha abandonado a lo largo de todos los años de matrimonio.

La vocación de agregado la llevaba y escondía durante veintitrés años que duró nuestro matrimonio y las circunstancias vividas testimonian tal hecho doloroso. Mi marido estaba todo el día fuera de casa, saliendo de ésta a las sieteb de la mañana y regresando habitualmente a las diez de la noche, cuando los niños estaban ya durmiendo, dado que, además de su jornada normal de trabajo, todos los días tenía que hacer sus ORACIONES, MISA, REUNIONES EN LA OBRA, APOSTOLADO, RETIROS Y CONVIVENCIAS, siendo escasa su estancia en el hogar y sus relaciones con los hijos, tanto es asi, que no siquiera me acompañaba al pediatra cuando los niños eran pequeños o ante hechos puntuales graves que sucedían con los hijos, dadas las ocupaciones religiosas tan exageradas y obsesivas. El padre mantenía una actitud descrimanatoria respeto a nuestros hijos en función de su AFINIDAD O NO AL OPUS DEI.

La conducta vejatoria de mi esposo hacia mi, se iba acentuando cada día más, llegando hasta el extremo de que en reiteradas ocasion es, en presencia de algunos de los hijos no me mostraba el mínimo respeto cuando en ocasuiones le decía que no había dinero para hacer la compra, a la cual contestaba que yo "ESTABA A LA SOPA BOBA" que él ganaba el dinero y yo solo me preoc upaba de gastarlo. Las perturbaciones eran reiteradas y la esquizofrenia se apoderaba de sus propiedades y capacidades mentales y lo único que reinaba en su mente era la obsesión al celibato. Todo lo expuesto pone de relieve la cantidad de vejaciones de las que he sido objeto, así como de las presiones psicológicas y morales que he padecido durante toda la relación o emparejamiento porr no llamarlo matrimonio, así como la negación de la que se ha sido objeto del desarrollo de mi propia personalidad y de mi convivencia, no sólo en el matrimonio, sino en el círculo de amistades y familiar más amplio, que supone una afrenta para mi dignidad que se hizo patente en mi vida conyugal, actitud de desprecio y en deshacerse él de su complejo vocacional primitivo, evidenciando una patente ruptura de la vida de pareja o matrimonial que pone en duda la validación del matrimonio y la imosibilidad de proseguir nuestra vida en común, así como una violación grave y reiterada de los deberes conyugales de respeto, dignidad, procreación, afectividad, amor, ayuda y socorro, que evidencian la falta de eficacia, autenticidad y consentimiento explícito del Sacramento del Matrimonio.

Obra en mi poder una carta de mi hija LM dirigida a su padre con fecha diecinueve de Octubre de 1992, cuando tenía trece años, manifestando en la misma la crueldad del padre motivada por su enfermedad psíquica, Aulde en su carta al distanciamiento, falta de cariño y comunicación del padre por ser una persona cerrada, Asimismo reprocha al padre su rencor, odio y sus intentos de quitar toda la pensión a sus hijos. Hace hincapié también al sufrimiento del hermano más pequeño.

Mi marido ha pleiteado conmigo durante once años, haciendo todo al revés, cegado por el odio y la revancha como si fuera yo la autora de arrebatarle su PRIMITIVA VOCACIÓN. Los trámites judiciales de sus demandas y apelaciones constantes, no hacían más que dañar mis intereses económicos y dificultar alimentar a mis hijos. La actitud ensombrecida suya de pleitear y apelar todas las sentencias dictadas por los jueces y tribunales, demuestran que es un indivíduo conflictivo y carece de dominio y equilibrio. Ha solicitado en repetidas ocasiones ante los jueces la no concesión de la vivienda a mi y a mis hijos, alegando que los hijos son mayores, pero sabiendo que no tenían y siguen sin tener recursos económicos. Igualmente ha pretendido retetidamente privar a mis hijos de la pensión acordada por los jueces, alegando que han terminado sus estudios y ser independientes, cuando era contrario a la verdad.

Me sentía anulada integralmente por mi marido. Me daba cuenta al paso de los años que no había consentido el Sacramento del Matrimonio plenamente, debido a las circunstancias que atrevesaba en el ambiente familiar cotidiano y las particularidades que rodeaban mi matrimonio. YO ERA MENOR DE EDAD CUANDO EMPZEBA A CONOCER AL QUE IBA A SER MI MARIDO. La relación de noviazgo se inició a los dieciocho años, viéndonos escasamente durante el mismo que duró dieciocho meses. Tenía necesidad de abandonar el domicilio paterno y conseguir la INDEPENDENCIA PERSONAL.

Las actas de pruebas testificales prueban que los siete hijos de mi matrimonio con él, menores y mayores de edad, optaron por permanecer y residir conmigo por el distanciamiento, desatendimiento, y desentendimiento por parte de su padre. No se interesaba por los asuntos generales de los hijos que había traído a este mundo. Yo me encontraba sola ante el destino y me interesaba como madre por los problemas escolares y sociales, cuestiones de bienestar y accidentes graves que han sufrido. Hago mención al accidente grave sufrido por el quinto de mis hijos, J, el día dos de Octubre de 1978. Fué un accidente con rotura de cráneo por dos sitios, son de suma gravedad y comunicándome los médicos que hasta pasadas cuarenta y ocho horas, no podrían decirme si el niño viviría. Esto ocurrió a la una de la tarde y hasta casi las diez de la noche no hubo forma de contactar con su padre. Esto indica la falta de negligencia de sus deberes como padre. En una ocasión, agredió a su hijo, EJ, agarrándole del cuello y dejándole señales. Tal hecho ocurrió delante de los demás hermanos ocasionando una situación entre los más pequeños de angustia y llantos. La situación economica era precaria y nuestros hijos iban al COLEGIO RETAMAR, OBRA CORPORATIVA DEL OPUS DEI Y COLEGIO DE ÉLITE, so afán por mantener a los niños en el mismo, nos producía un gasto que no podía soportar nuestra económia. Yo en numerosas ocasiones le había planteado el cambiarles de colegio, pero él seguía insistiendo en que continuaran, manteniendo por lo tanto su criterio erróneo motivado por sus convicciones anteriores al matrimonio. En una ocasión me presenté en el Banco de Comercio donde teníamos una cuenta conjunta y me encontré con la sorpresa que había cancelado dicha cuenta sin mi conocimiento y si poder así cubrir las necesidades de mis hijos, Yo desempeñaba trabajos esprádicos humildes para sufragar las carencias y los gastos de la HIPOTECA de la VIVIENDA, apoderándose en una ocasión del DINERO que había ahorrado para este FIN.

NOTA: La relación matrimonial de la que la señora había salido como "VIRGEN" según sus alegaciones, a pesar de haber tenido siete hijos, había mantenido una relación amorosa con un individuo durante varios, que le había enseñado ver las estrellas y contar los astros. Éste sabía los COMETIDOS de su MADRE, ya que se AUSENTABA de su HOGAR y COMPARTÍA LECHO conmigo durante la mayoría de los días. La VERDAD que la relación con el HIJO MAYOR (JM) era TENSA en el COLEGIO RETAMAR y no cruzabámos la PALABRA, salvo para pronunciar "BUENOS DÍAS". Por respeto al COMPAÑERO AGREGADO DEL OPUS DEI y EX ALUMNO tenía que abandonar la CASA de su MADRE por la noche antes de su llegada, según sus INDICACIONES.

Al cabo de un año, ambos PROTAGONISTAS del NIDO decidimos casarnos ante unas CIRCUNSTANCIAS ANORMALES. Yo era SUPERNUMERARIO del OPUS DEI y EDUCADOR del ILUSTRE COLEGIO RETAMAR en SOMOSAGUAS de POZUELO de ALCORCÓN. Estaba perseguido humanamente, profesionalmente, y psíquicamente por la OBRA del EX MARQUÉS de PERALTA. Tenía el HORARIO más CARGADO entre los VEITITRES PROFESORES y ADJUDICABAN el ENCARGO de VIGILAR el COMEDOR de los CHAVALES por PRIMERA VEZ al FINAL de los TIEMPOS. Me he marchado de VACACIONES de VERANO al Norte de España con la que iba a ser mi MUJER a la VUELTA, después de haber puesto mis PLANES en conocimientos de la JERARQUIA CLERICAL de la RESIDENCIA del COLEGIO RETAMAR (DON LUIS CARRIÓN).

El PULSO está ya ECHADO y a la vuelta de VACIONES me preguntó mi DIRECTOR ESPIRITUAL (JULIO GALLEGO CODES) si me había ACOSTADO con la FUTURA ESPOSA durante las VACACIONES. Alli he negado a responder a tales preguntas tontas y por su parte se ha puesto furioso como un huracán "estamos en presencia del PADRE y tienes que contestar". No contesto "YA QUE NO TENGO FE Y NO SOY DE LA OBRA" he replicado. Me respondió "PUÉS VAS A ADULTERAR" y por mi parte le respondí "NO VOY A ADULTERAR SINO LA IGLESIA HA ADULTERADO CONMIGO". Hemos contraído MATRIMONIO en pleno centro del AYUNTAMIENTO de POZUELO, sede de las ANDADURAS del OPUS DEI. Nos ha casado el CONCEJAL de EDUCACIÓN y según me dijo la NOVIA que éste es un SUPERNUMERARIO del OPUS DEI. La PROVIDENCIA ha jugado un papel MAGISTAL y DIVINO que un HERMANO mío me había CASADO. Han asistido a la boda todos los HIJOS de la NOVIA, salvo el JIJO AGREGADO, EX ALUMNO y COMPAÑERO. El PADRE de la NOVIA nos honró con su PRESENCIA a pesar de ser SUPERNUMERARIO del OPUS DEI. La NOTICIA se prpagó por todos los LARES de POZUELO. DON MOISÉS ERA UNA NOTICIA SIN PRECEDENTES EN LA HISTORIA DEL OPUS DEI.

Al cabo de unas semanas, me comunicó mi DIRECTOR ESPIRITUAL que el DIRECTOR GENERAL del COLEGIO RETAMAR va a PROCEDER a mi JUBILACIÓN ANTICIPADA, pero sin perder una PERRA. JOSÉ LUIS ALIER, ACTUAL DIRECTOR GENERAL del COLEGIO RETAMAR, me empezaba a ADOCTRINAR en la MENTIRA ante mis COMPAÑEROS, hasta el grado de venir a buscarme al DESPACHO para custodiarme hasta su despacho para NEGOCIAR. En resumidas cuentas, cuminó su pretensión económica en pagarme TREINTA y SIETE MIL EUROS en LORD BLACK MONEY, pactar DISPENARME de unas CLASES LECTIVAS que me obligaba la LEY a IMPSARTIR, durante los CINDO AÑOS VENIDEROS. PACTAR CON LOS DIABLOS NUNCA CONDUCE A BUEN PUERTO.

El motivo de este escrito radica en REPROCHAR la ACTITUD PREPOTENTE DESAGRADABLE y SOBERBIA, el MODO DESCORTÉS y DISCRIMINATORIO que me BRINDÓ USTED, desde los PRIMEROS MOMENTOS de la entevista que se CONCERTÓ CONTIGO hasta el FINAL de la MISMA. Me resultarón INSÓLITOS y ESCANDALIZANTES tales hechos que se CONTRADICEN las VIRTUDES CRISTIANAS, HUMANAS y SOBRENATURALES, originadas tristemente de una AUTORIDAD ECLESIÁSTICA. Este PROCEDER me ha hecho mucho DAÑO.

Me citó el día 8 de Mayo de 2003, para volver a narrarle lo que ya había escrito por partida doble y según me había solicitado. Me ha quedado claro que no se ha interesado en leer lo que le había mandado. Me consta que me ha NEGADO toda la OPCIÓN de presentar la DEMANDA, ignorando los PRINCIPIOS HUMANOS y DERECHOS BÁSICOS que me PERTENECEN. Es lamentable que no CUMPLA con PROFESIONALIDAD y RESPETO con los DEBERES ELEMENTALES y las NECESIDADES de los HAMBRIENTES de JUSTICIA.

No me cabe por la cabeza que al inicio de la desafortunada entrevista, desconocía que los argumentos enumerados en mis escritos no son motivo de nulidad. No me ha citado para ADOCTRINAR sino para INFORMAR. Tenía que hacerle ver que "ACEPTAR" no se traduce en "CONSENTIR". Ha RECONOCIDO al final, MENOS MAL, que todos los FUNDAMENTOS EXPUESTOS son motivos de NULIDAD, el olor de la boca, el descubrimiento engañoso de su falta de virginidad horas antes del matrimonio, la carencia de recursos económicos me dificultaba ser dueño de mis actos, impedían mi libertad de obrar estando por ello mecanizado y esclavitizado. No me ha dado opción de reclamar a la parte el someterse a un exámen médico. USTED como HOMBRFE que es no puede JAMÁS TOMAR DECISIONES, ENTORPECER O DETENER MI CAMINAR POR EL ESCENARIO DE LA VIDA.

Fué una ABERRACIÓN que la AUTORIDAD ECLESIÁSTICA que representa me ha SOMETIDO a un INTERROGATORIO de mi VIDA PRIVADA E ÍNTIMA, en PRESENCIA de una PERSONA AJENA en su DESPACHO, COARTANDO MI LIBERTAD de EXPRESIÓN y FALTANDO a la VIRTUD de la PRUDENCIA y a la DIGNIDAD HUMANA. No creo que tal hecho sea un FUNDAMENTO TEOLÓGICO sino ESCANDALIZANTE ya que me ha citado para exponer mi VIDA PERSONAL delante de TERCERAS PERSONAS y más siendo UNA MUJER.

La ACTITUD SUYA Fué DISCRIMINATORIA al MANIFESTARLE que la FORMA ENGAÑOSA de su falta de VIRGINIDAD contradecía a la "TRADICIÓN O COSTUMBRES DE ESA ÉPOCA EN ESPAÑA", no teniendo REPAROS en decirme "DEJE DE HABLAR DE TRADICIÓN ESPAÑOLA". Le COMUNIQUÉ entonces que MI CULTURA repugna este HECHO y ACTO SEGUIDO ACEPTABA MI CRITERIO y ME DABA LA RAZÓN. La PREPOTENCIA SUYA ha SUPERADO los LÏMITES y el SIÁLOGO era INSOSTENIBLE. Le informo que ante las LEYES y el DERECHO CIVIL somos IGUALES según la CONSTITUCIÓN ESPAÑOLA y que me CONSIDERO IGUAL que USTED ante DIOS. Me hizo dudar con su ACTITUD que no me CONSIDERABA IGUAL QUE USTED ANTE EL.

Ya me ha enseñado la LECCIÓN y la TENGO APRENDIDA y sería INHUMANO el PERMITIRLE ENTROMETERSE en TOMAR DECISIONES DECISIVAS en MI VIDA, SOMETERME a SUS DOCTRINAS EQUIVOCADAS y DEJARLE DESEMPEÑAR un PAPEL en mi CAMINAR. HA DE SABER QUE HA VULNERADO MI DERECHO A LA INTIMIDAD. Me dijo que OBRARA según mi CONCIENCIA y así lo HARÉ, sin que USTED ni NADIE COARTE mi LIBERTAD de PENSAMIENTO y OBRAR.

Pasados unos días, se presentó en el COLEGIO RETAMAR, la DESTINGUIDA SEÑORA, DOÑA MARÍA ALVÁREZ de las ASTURIAS, miembro del TRIBUNAL ECLASIÁSTICO, intentanto APACIGUAR y CALMAR los ÁNIMOS, recalcando la ACTITUD PREPOTENTE del MALHECHOR entre más ALEGACIONES que no puedo DESCIBIR por DERECHO a la INTIMIDAD y PRIVACIDAD.

SUCEDE que ya han pasado tantos AÑOS y con toda SERENIDAD opto por APOSTATAR y VOLVER a ABRAZAR la RELIGIÓN ISLÁMICA, la ÚNICA RELIGIÓN VERDADERA, AUNQUE NO LA HAYA PRACTICADO JAMÁS DURANTE MI RECORRIDO POR LA VIDA. EL ASUNTO RADICA EN UNA ACTO DE HONOR Y DIGNIDAD.

ADEMÁS, ME HONRA AÑADIR QUE DURANTE MI ANDADURA POR EL OPUS DEI Y LA IGLESIA CATÓLICA, HE DESCUBIERTO LAS ABERRACIONES Y LAS BARBARIES DOCUMENTADAS. El QUE ERA PASTOR POLACO CARENTE DE PEDIGREE DE CRISTIANO UNIVERSAL Y EL ACTUAL PASTOR ALEMÁN,CARENTE DE PEGIGREE DE CRISTIANO CABAL, RATZINGER BIN BUSHITLER, han colocado ambos PASTORES todo el ARSENAL del PLANETA VATICANO PENTAGONAL en los BRAZOS del OPUS DEI, EJERCIENDO la PREPOTENCIA, la OPRESIÓN y la ESCLAVITUD de las MASAS HUMANAS y sobre todo los más POBRES de los POBRES. El OPUS DEI con el ARSENAL de TELEFÓNICA de ESPAÑA me han PERSEGUIDO y COLONIZADO durante VARIOS AÑOS, hasta el grado de haberme SECUESTRADO en mi PROPIA CASA y planificado un INTENTO FRUSTRADO de HOMICIDO contra mi VIDA SAGRADA, a mano de SANTIAGO ESCRIVÁ DE BALAGUER Y SU CÓMPLICE DOCTOR SUÁREZ, y AMBOS EJERCEN DE MÉDICOS en ADESLAS. LA POLICIA FASCISTA Y LOS JUECES BUSHITERISTAS se han quedado con los BRAZOS CRUZADOS, en honor de la CRUZ de CRISTO y han cometido HOLOCAUSTOS CONTRA MI INTEGRIDAD HUMANA. TODO VIENE POR HABER DENUNCIADO LOS ASALTOS DOCUMENTADO Y TESTIMONIADOS DE LOS ASALTOS DEL OPUS DEI A LA RAZÓN, LAS ARCAS PÚBLICAS, LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, LAS SUBVENCIONES PÚBLICAS, LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID, LOS PROPIOS EMPLEADOS, EL MANEJO DEL DINERO NEGRO, EL CONTROL DE FUNDACIONES ILEGALES Y EL ENVÍO DE DINERO MULTICOLOR A LAS AUTORIDADES ROMANAS. LAS FUNDACIONES ILEGALES HAN SERVIDO PARA ESTAFAR DOS AÑOS LAS SUBVENCIONES PÚBLICAS SEGÚN AVALAN LOS DOCUMENTOS, INTENTAR SELLAR MI BOCA CON UNA GRATIFACIÓN DE SUELDO DURANTE TRES AÑOS Y FORZAR MI JUBILACIÓN ANTICIPA CON TREINTA Y SIETE MIL EUROS, PAGADAS POR EL ACTUAL DIRECTOR GENERAL (JOSÉ LUIS ALIER) DEL COLEGIO ELITISTA DE ALTEZAS Y REALEZAS, COLEGIO RETAMAR. NO HABRÁ JAMÁS "PAX IN AETERNUM" sin haber "PAX IN TERRA".

No resulta NUEVO o de EXTRAÑAR que el OPUS DEI patenta la SANTA SUPREMA MAFIA del PLANETA PENTAGONAL VATICANO, sintoniza con el SUBLIME FASCISMO MUNDIAL, protagoniza la CIMA de los ASALTOS a la RAZÓN, inscribe el PATRIMONIO de CRISTO y ATENTA contra sus CONTRARIOS o CONTRINCANTES con su ARSENAL MORTÍFERO y ACTOS de TERRORÍSMO. LOS INTENTOS DIABOLICOS DE HOMICIDIO CONTRA MI INTEGRIDAD HUMANA ESTÁN DOCUMENTADOS PROTAGONIZADOS POR EL SOBRINO DEL FUNDADOR DEL TERRORÍSMO ESPIRITUAL, FUNDADOR DEL OPUS DEI Y FUNDIDOR DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS, EL MALHECHOR DOCTOR SANTIAGO ESCRIVÁ DE BALAGUER, QUE SIGUE DESEMPEÑANDO SU CARGO DE MÉDICO EN ADESLAS, EN VEZ DE ESTAR ENTRE LOS CALABOZOS, EN GUANTANÁMAO o en ABU GHRAIB.

EL SIGUIENTE COMUNICADO PROCEDE DE DON PACO GIL QUE ERA MÁXIMO RESPONSABLE DE LOS DELEGADOS O RESPRESANTES DE LOS TRABAJADORES. EL ESCRITO ESTÁ DIRIGIDO A MI PERSONA EN CALIDAD DE DELEGADO.

De PACO GIL a TODOS LOS EMPLEADOS DE RETAMAR.

El pasado viernes día 5 de marzo la Federación de Sindicatos Independientes de Enseñanza (FSIE) convocó a todos los trabajadores de RETAMAR a una reunión informativa al objeto de dar a conocer los objetivos y las reivin dicaciones de su SINDICATO dentro de Enseñanza Privada. A esta reunión tan sólo pudimos asistir cuatro profesores (Paco Gil, Luis Enrque, Andrés Barba y Juan josé Sarmiento) y Ladislao (Biblioteca), junto a José Landín y José Andrés. Allí Miguel Muñiz García (Permanente Sindical de FSIE) nos indicó que FSIE defiende un modelo educativo gratuito desde los 3 hasta los 18 años (concertación), la igualdad de trato de los profesionales con sus homólogos de la Escuela Pública y concertada (más ventajosa para los trabajadores que los de la no concertada), por citar algunos de los puntos más trascendentales.

A la hora de presentarnos a las elecciones a representantes de los trabajadores en Retamar no nos ha movido más que un espíritu de servicio y de cooperación que beneficie la labor docente y educativa que todos deseamos para nuestros alumnos y sus familias. La Junta de Gobierno de Retamar siempre ha tenido sus puertas abiertas para escucharnos y atendernos en todo aquello que les hemos propuesto, sin embargo, queremos tener una participación activa progreso de nuestro Colegio y uno de los medios a nuestro alcance son los comités de empresa o delegados de personal que promueven estas elecciones.

USO, FSIE y CCOO se mostraron interesados en participar en este proceso electoral porque el número de delegados conseguidos potenciaría su presencia en los diferentes órganos de la administración. Sin embargo, tan sólo FSIE se personó en Retamar para ofrecernos sus servicios y sus medios de información y asesoramiento.

También existe la posibilidad de presentar candidaturas independientes, pero en este caso careceríamos de la necesaria información en la actualización en novedades legislativas y en asesoramiento profesional. Por consiguiente decidimos presentar nuestra candidatura por el SINDICATO F.S.I.E. que nos garantiza la información y el asesoramiento que demandábamos.

POSTERIORMENTE, EL DÍA 11 DE MARZO, VIERNES DE NUEVO, SOMOS INFORMADOS DE QUE PODEMOS CORRER EL RIESGO DE SER OBJETO DE MANIPULACIÓN POR PARTE DE F.S.I.E. QUE, SEGÚN NOS INFORMA JOSÉ LANDÍN, ES PARTIDARIO DE INTAURAR EL MODELO DE ENSEÑANZA CONCERTADA EN TODOS LOS CENTROS Y UNA EDUCACIÓN MIXTA. RETAMAR NO PODRÁ ACEPTAR EN LA ACTUALIDAD LA PRIMERA PRETENSIÓN Y NUNCA LA SEGUNDA Y QUE DETRÁS DEL FSIE ESTÁ FERE (FEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE RELIGIOSOS DE LA ENSEÑANZA) CON OBJETIVOS DIFERENTES A LOS NUESTROS. DE HECHO ESTE SINDICATO ESTÁ IMPLANTADO CON LA MAYORÍA EN LOS COLEGIOS RELIGIOSOS CONCERTADOS.

ESTA FALTA DE CLARIDAD NOS HA LLEVADO A DESESTIMAR LA OPCIÓN DE PRESENTAR NUESTRA CANDIDATURA A TRÁVES DEL FSIE Y A ESTUDIAR LAS DIFERENTES OPCIONES CON MAYOR PROFUNDIDAD. LA CANDIDATURA ALTERNATIVA A LA NUESTRA HA RENUNCIADO TAMBIÉN A SU PRESENTACIÓN A LAS ELECCIONES, POR LO QUE ÉSTAS SERÁN APLAZADAS.

Dado que nuestra intención es la de seguir presentándonos a las elecciones a respresentantes de los trabajadores en RETAMAR, pro curando los mayores beneficios para todos, en los próximos días os comunicaremos el SINDICATO por el que nos presentamos. Y, debo insistir en que el hecho de que nos presentamos por un Sindicato no significa que estemos afiliados a ÉL, ni que compartamos la totalidad de sus reinvindicaciones, tan sólo que necesitamos de sus medios de información para actualizar nuestros conocimientos legislativos para vuestro mejor proyecto.

NOS CONTÓ QUE UN COLEGIO JESUITA NO PERMITIÓ AL FUNDADOR MEAR EN SU INSTALACIONES DURANTE SU VISITA AL CENTRO, A PESAR DE TENER DIABETES. ERA DE VERDAD Y NO ERA UNA BROMA. JOSÉ LANDÍN AÑADIÓ EN PÚBLICO "SERÍA YO CADAVER ANTES DE PRESENTAROS POR FSIE".
